Well... That ruling was pretty technical. But I think people have made much too big a deal about the Court's recent "liberalism." King was a ridiculous case and yet it still got 3 votes. The fact that 6 justices voted it down doesn't mean much when 10 years ago I doubt the Court would have even taken it.
