I have NRA family members and I just can't get them to realize that the NRA does not represent them. But it's even bigger than that. I continue to hear conservatives rant about liberals trying to take their guns. I really think that it will always be 1972 for conservatives: McGovern is still running for president. If only!
i saw a picture of Milwaukee county sherriff davd a. clarke with the caption "If the government attempts to disarm american citizens, there will be a second revolution."
this poses the question, why was there no revolution when then president George W, Bush had guns confiscated during the aftermath of hurricane katrina? where were you and your revolution then sheriff David A. Clarke? the only administration to ever go after disarming american citizens was a conservative one. why speak of a revolution only during a progressive administration that has not taken any steps toward disarming america. lies fostered by the NRA have served their purpose, the encouragement of the sale of arms to the public for the purpose of personal profit.
