"Regulated for your safety". Short of sending the government door to door to collect every firearm, no commie wish list of gun regulations will keep crazy people from doing bad things. A man and his son were attacked, one dead, last week in Magnolia at the hands of a crazy person with a crowbar. Regulate that, a$$hats.
As said it is illegal for me to walk down the street with my battle ax, which if I try really hard I could kill or hurt maybe 5 people too stupid to run away. But i can carry a 9mm and could kill 9 people whether they run away or not. And I can hide the 9mm but try doing that to a battle ax. Make good sense to me.
